Description:

A small polychrome water pitcher, decorated with black

 

floral devices on a cream slip. The inside of the spout and the underside are painted red.

   
Condition: Very good condition. Minor losses of paint and slip in the
  front and on the rim and handle. The paint on one side is more faded compared to the opposite.
   
Provenance: (1) Private collection of Dr. Jan M. Bohonek, Mentor, Ohio.
  (2) Private estate. The original owner purchased this piece in 
        the early 1980’s while traveling the Southwest.
