A good example of Papago bundle-coiling technique with

 

split stitching. Some irregularity in basket shape.

   
Condition: Very good condition, with a fine age patina. A portion of the
  inside bottom is stained with what appears to be an old food residue or spill, apparently having seeped to the underside. A spot on the upper rim as well as edges of the bottom exhibit some wear of the yucca coils, exposing small portions of the bear grass foundation.
