This is a fine example of Papago bundle-coiling technique

 

with split stitching. The shape of the basket is quite regular, attesting to the skill of  the weaver.

   
Condition: Overall very good condition, with a fine age patina. The rim
 

and the bottom edge exhibit some wear of the yucca coils, exposing small areas of the bear grass foundation.
