OUR BUSINESS

Our gallery engages in the purchase, consigning and selling of original works of art.

 

1. Gallery Hours

   Gallery hours are by appointment. Please contact us if you wish to view or examine any works in our collection in person.

2. Authenticity

   JMB Galleries, Inc. sells original works of art in various mediums. We make every attempt to provide our customers with as much pertinent information as possible about each work, and we guarantee its authenticity.

    

3. Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars.

 

OUR POLICY

1. Purchasing and Payment Method

   Customers may contact us by phone, fax, e-mail, or by post for further information and/or to make a purchase. If needed, we will be happy to provide additional information, condition report or photographs, in the most convenient manner for the customer.

   

   Payment may be made by check, money order, a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), or PayPal©. Please contact us to arrange the most secure and convenient way to perform the transaction. Please note that regular checks take up to 10 business days to clear.

   If the customer is tax-exempt, a valid vendor’s license number will be required.

2. Shipping

   All shipping and handling costs, any applicable state and or federal taxes, international custom fees, and insurance costs will be paid by the buyer. The amount will be determined after the buyer makes clear how they wish to have the purchase delivered. The merchandise will be shipped upon receipt and clearing of full payment.

    

3. Returns

We respect the fact that no one can know absolutely everything. That includes us. As much as we make every effort to provide the most accurate information about our works of art, should the buyer have legitimate doubts as to the authenticity of the item, or problem regarding the condition, or other pertinent concerns, the buyer must contact us by e-mail, or by phone within three (3) business days of the receipt of the item, to discuss return of the item for refund. For returns, we may require a written statement from a third party qualified in the particular field. If at our discretion a return is agreed upon, the buyer must return the merchandise in the original condition in which it was shipped, at his/her expense. Upon receipt and examination by us, we will refund the original selling price only.
